To Priah, toddy wasn’t just a drink—it was a tradition, a taste of home, and a spark of inspiration. In the USA, where fresh toddy was unavailable, Priah, a PhD scientist, saw potential to recreate its essence with coconut water, modern fermentation, and clean ingredients, targeting a thriving health-conscious market.

In her Malden, MA kitchen, Priah tirelessly experimented, her counters filled with fizzing mason jars to recreate toddy’s essence. Pushing for innovation, she developed a proprietary, patent-pending process using clean ingredients, capturing toddy’s sweet-tart flavor in low and no-alcohol variants. Friends raved about it.
